サッカーワールドカップのアジア最終予選グループCの第2戦が9月10日に行われ、日本はアウェイでバーレーンに５－０で大勝したものの、オーストラリア代表はアウェイでインドネシアにスコアレスドローに終わりました。

オーストラリアは最初の2試合で勝ち点1、しかも無得点。それにまだ日本とサウジアラビア戦が残っているし、両方負ける可能性が高い…自動出場は厳しそうだな。
First 2 games 1 point and no goals and we still have to go to Japan and Saudi Arabia where we probably lose both games...not looking good for automatic qualification..


オーストラリアのゲームプレイは1970年代のスタイル。あまりにもヨーロッパ的すぎるんだよ。イングランドやドイツを崇拝して、同じ古臭いプレーを目指してるからこのような結果になる。お手本にすべきは日本だよ。彼らのインテリジェントなビルドアップを見てみるといい。
Australia's game play is soooo 1970s. You are too European. This is what you get for idolizing England, Germany who goes for the same old school play. Japan is the standard you should emulate. Look at how intelligent their build up was.

最終予選のこのスタートはすごく残念。ニスベット、サミー、アレッサンドロの出来が良かったのが救いだけど、それでもまたしても得点できなかったのは残念だ。次の中国戦は簡単にはいかないだろうし、その後の日本戦ではたぶん負けて、自動出場権は消えるだろうね。
Super dissapointing start to the campaign. Some positives with nisbet, Sammy and Alessandro, but inability to score yet again is disappointing. Onto the next one against China which won't be easy and then Japan likely L and there goes automatic qualification.

┗　日本に勝つなんて無理、それが間違ってたら嬉しいけど、サッカルーズが絶好調のときでさえも日本を倒すのは難しいからね。
　 Not a chance we beat Japan, I would love to be proven wrong but they are tough to beat even when the socceroos are flying


アーノルドは絶対に解任されるべきだ。チームはボロボロだし、日本と対戦したら確実にやられるよ。
Arnold has surely gotta go, shambles. Japan are going to kill us when we play them


あまりこんなことは言いたくはないが、アーノルドのようなのんびりした人ではなく、組織と規律を持った日本人監督が必要だ。
Hate to say it but we need a Japanese coach with structure and discipline, not someone laid back like Arnold

Not much to say, that’s for sure… bring on the 6 nil thumping from Japan, not alot of confidence about this team making the next World Cup, can’t see them winning a game in there qualifiers with current performances
